On September 22, the “algae-water separation” integrated device developed by the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was put into the Erhai Lake environmental protection treatment at Taoyuan Wharf in Dali City. This new technology for the treatment of cyanobacteria blooms-"graphene micro-flocculation algae water separation technology" can continuously collect and treat cyanobacteria throughout the growth cycle, effectively controlling the bloom of cyanobacteria.


At the event site, according to Gong Yinfeng, the general manager of Changzhou Delofite Filtration System Co., Ltd., the experiment of this new technology in the Dabokou of Caohai Lake and Dongdahe Reservoir of Chengjiang in Kunming Dianchi achieved a set of 10,000 tons/day. The service area of the device exceeds 1 million square meters of water area. Compared with the traditional deep-well air flotation process, it has the advantages of saving investment by more than 60%, increasing efficiency by 200%, and reducing treatment costs by 50%.

Among them, the patented technology of algae slurry concentration structure composition has many advantages: low energy consumption for concentration, and the moisture content of the semi-solid phase algae slurry produced is less than 95%, which is convenient for collection, transportation and disposal, and is very beneficial to subsequent resource utilization. After treatment, the waste liquid is returned to the separator for separation; the algae water is separated thoroughly, and the equipment can continuously feed, separate, and continuously discharge the algae mud; the system has a high degree of automation, and the screen surface of the filter is automatically cleaned.
